Construction:
A washed and blocked big gauge is essential to meet the measurements. The cardigan is made bottom up in pieces and seamed together. The body parts are made together first and divided at the arm holes and finished separately. The arms are knitted from the bottom up starting with the lapels in ribbing and with crown shaping. The neck edge is fitted on the finished piece. The cardigan has ca. 20 cm ease around and a little drop shoulder fit. Our model has a bust of 102 cm and wears size L with ca. 18 cm ease. You can see 2 variations of the cardigan, one with lots of ease and one color and one with not much ease and a contrasting color for some effects.
I am normally size Large and the cardigan in Coral is in Large with more than 20 centimeters ease. The black cardigan is size M and just fits comfortably.
