PDF download of the knitting pattern. Shawl Rhombenreigen is a symmetrical shawl that is knitted from one point to the other. It combines various rhomboid lifting stitch patterns and slipped rows that organically form and complement each other. Both side edges neatly frame the pattern sequence with I-cords.
Basic to intermediate knitting skills are required, such as knit and purl stitches, increases and decreases as well as slip stitches, I-cord and slubs. A panel with shortened rows is also knitted in the middle. There is a short YouTube video to learn how to do this. Small slipped rows and stockinette stitch alternating with garter stitch add some structure to the scarf. The color changes and your individual choice of color make it a special eye-catcher and a very decorative addition to your wardrobe.
You will need 6 balls of Air Lace or Silky in 4 colors.
