This light and warm cowl can be worn over the shoulders to keep your neck warm. Or you can pull it over your head like a hood to protect your neck and head. This way of wearing it reminds me of all the women in the Russian winter who wrap a thick scarf around their head and neck. Hence the name babushka - which means little mother or little grandmother in Russian. The hat can be worn with a double brim like a cap. Or - much more stylish - as a beanie without the double brim. Our model wears the cowl in size M with a circumference of approx. 100 cm and has a shoulder width of 46 cm. With bouclé yarn, no stitches are visible after knitting. A wonderful texture! So be sure to use stitch markers and row counters!
